A former insurance defense attorney of 13+ years who has also successfully tried Plaintiff’s personal injury and complex commercial cases, Kimberly Lorenz is honored to now serve as a Certified Mediator for her colleagues from both sides of the aisle in their personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, contract, trust, probate and guardianship matters. Having litigated and tried the same types of cases she currently mediates, Kimberly draws on her up-to-date knowledge of the law and her understanding of the factors affecting both sides to effect resolution in cases involving even the most difficult of claims or clients.
A skilled trial attorney with an ongoing litigation practice, Kimberly applies the same meticulous analysis and proactive approach to her mediations. This, combined with her compassion and understanding of the delicate situations and dynamics which can lead parties to litigate, makes her an efficient and effective mediator for even the most difficult of cases.
Kimberly’s goal is to help parties avoid the cost, delay, uncertainty, and risk of trial by empowering them to minimize exposure through further discovery and litigation, and to craft creative solutions that go beyond money damages in reaching a resolution.

A life-long Orlando resident, Kimberly is dedicated to showcasing Orlando’s vibrant business and cultural community. She is heavily involved in various community development boards and regularly volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, in addition to supporting other local initiatives.
