A trial attorney of 20+ years, Kimberly Lorenz now serves as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator on a variety of cases for her colleagues from both sides of the aisle. Her versatility and experience give her the insight to assess risk and explore options for resolution in even the most contentious personal injury, contract, trust, probate and guardianship matters. Kimberly’s goal is to help parties avoid the cost, delay, uncertainty, and risk of trial by empowering them to minimize exposure through further discovery and litigation and regain control over the outcome of their case and the timeline for resolution. She strives to craft comprehensive solutions that go beyond money damages to resolve all outstanding disputes between the parties, allowing them a clean break and a path forward.
