Meet Kimberly
A former insurance defense attorney of 13+ years who has also successfully tried Plaintiff’s personal injury and complex commercial cases, Kimberly Lorenz now serves as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator for her colleagues from both sides of the aisle. What’s more, her versatility and experience allow her to assist in their personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, contract, trust, probate and guardianship matters. Overall, Kimberly’s goal is to help parties avoid the cost, delay, uncertainty, and risk of trial by empowering them to minimize exposure through further discovery and litigation. Additionally, she strives to craft creative solutions that go beyond money damages in reaching a resolution.
